Well after being offline most of the week, today has been about trying to catch up. I did a bunch of must do stuff earlier in the day, but this evening is about fun posting. Hence, I’m on here.
It’s October and that means horror and scary movies. My favorite! I’m watching the Caller with my furry kids tonight and it’s pretty darn good. I was expecting a B thriller and it’s got a good plot. Kind of like the Butterfly Effect but with contact between the time periods that things are happening. I really like the Butterfly Effect, I’m going to see if that’s on netflix tonight. I have serious doubts as I rarely find anything on netflix when I’m specifically looking. lol
So I’m done with the must haves and of course there are quite a few other things I really should do so I can catch up, but Saturday night should be about fun. I’m obviously blogging which is something I want to do for fun. Then I’m going to keep chatting on twitter, facebook a little and hit my feedreader to see what I’ve missed around the internet this week without internet.
Sorry that my dog looks creepy, but I’m horrible with graphics programs. It’s supposed to be easy to do the redeye in photoshop elements. Just click the button and create a box over the eye. However, it does nothing once I do that. So I just decided to let Sweet Pea look like a zombie instead of playing with it for hours and getting frustrated.
I’m on solo duty tonight. Code for hubby working. Oldest is at friends house and the youngest decided to go to bed at 7:30ish cause he’s tired from his sleepover last night. Guess maybe they didn’t go to bed at midnight like we told them to. I was falling asleep at 9:30 in the recliner and managed to make it semi-awake until 10:15. I usually figure if hubby sets down the law they will stick to it more. I’m sure I’m deceiving myself. But it takes some pressure off being momma.
Well, I just checked and of course the Butterfly Effect isn’t available for instant streaming. Big reason why I’m going to get rid of netflix before next month is up. It’s Zombietober to me so I’ll just go old school and watch The Return of the Living Dead. Much more spoof than scary, but still zombie. Plus it’s from 85 so it will be a quick movie and I can put a scary zombie movie in next. Nothing like being an idiot and scaring yourself while up alone!
