Runaway to Mom’s House

I’ve had a rough couple of weeks with different random issues. Taking off for spring break to my in-laws house couldn’t have come at a better time.

Here I literally sit with not a care in the world. The financial issue I was having is now taken care of. Not that we are debt free but back to “normal”. Shit’s not hovering over my head just waiting to blow up like it was.

Stuck in Negative

I’ve got to fight my way out. I’m allowing everything to gang up on me.  I’m finding it difficult not to keep seeing the negative. Just in a bad spot.

Lots of crap has gone on. Is it more than usual? Yeah, I think so. But that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t just have to be dealt with like any normal day.

white crocusToday I was really hoping to get a lot of work done. I went for my run somewhat early. The weather is beautiful, tons of sunshine and it warmed up nicely for my run. But there in lies why I haven’t been productive today.

Productivity In a Busy Momma World

The sudden realization that we are already in March nearly put me into a panic attack this morning. The time just seems to be flying by faster than I can catch up and that is unfortunately a common theme for me in my life.

checklistThe list of things to be done just seems to keep growing from small things like the endless laundry pile, to filing taxes to buying a new computer desk to answering work emails. Which, this seems to be one of my biggest issues at hand, working from home has some extremely helpful benefits but it also has its pitfalls.

Cap This Week

Maybe if I write about the week and try to think of each day, I’ll figure out where the hell it went. Seriously? I’m so far behind on everything it’s miserable. Work, laundry, blog posts and yesterday I was really behind in emails still.
