My friend Christina is undergoing major changes on her coaching site. Starting July 1st the VIP membership will be increased to $17 a month. Major upgrades will go into effect at this time and VIP members can enjoy the following benefits along with many others.

Monthly tele-class schedule (included)
Quarterly e-course to help you become even more irresistible (included)
Instant online coaching (I can’t say more than that because it’s top secret - it is included in monthly investment and it’s super cool!)

Until July 1st you can sign up for a VIP membership at only $7 a month! You will be grandfathered in when all the new features come into affect. I just can’t wait to get the added benefits. I’m getting well over $7 in value a month right now.

So if you’d like to make sure you stay an Irrisistiable Woman then sign up for VIP membership now while it is at a huge discount. Then look into all the great coaching options she has in the new online store.

summer in seattle

Oh boy, here comes Summer.  How do I know?  Well we had sunny and 70 something yesterday and then promptly had rain over night.  Yep, welcome to Summer in Seattle.  Nice one day, crap the next.  It’s all good though.  At least my kids will finally be getting out of school here next week.  I know you guys on the east coast are saying WTF? right now.  lol  Yep, we are working towards year around school here I guess.  If we could ever go for a full 5 day week it would be a miracle.  We might actually get out when the rest of the country does.  That’s a concept huh?

Enough about that.  I love summer and I can’t wait for no more early mornings to get them ready for school.  WOOHOO, I can sleep in an hour before getting ready for work.  Or better yet, I can schedule my appointments later and not have to get up early at all.  Boy wouldn’t that be the life.  I’m sure that won’t happen, but it’s a great thought.

We are supposed to have the house fixed up to put on the market in July.  That’s not very far away.  And yet, we haven’t done a darn thing yet to spruce it up and finish the small projects.  Let alone the big projects like tiling the bathroom floor!  I guess I need to make a list of what we need to do and then we can cross stuff off.  Maybe it just seems overwhelming to look around at all of it.  I need to paint the entire inside of the house.  I’ve been meaning to for the last 2 years.  But man, who in the world has time for that?  I don’t even find time to weed for goodness sake.  I just need to set aside an hour a day for house projects.  Then each day I hit a different one until they are completed.  Good thing I’m the queen of lists.

Another freakin’ snow day!

Ummm, I’m pretty sure someone keeps talking about global warming. You sure haven’t been able to see it here. Yes, we had a gorgeous long Summer. But we have had more snow days this year than any year ever. I’ve lived here all my life and the most snow days we’ve ever had were like 3. Usually 2 is a heavy snow year. lol With the 2 weeks off for break in Dec. we haven’t had a full week of school since the beginning of Dec.

Have no idea why it’s canceled. Pissed me off cause they waited until 8:55 to cancel it. I’m pretty sure that the 2 hours late start would have been just fine. We are now going to school on June 27th. This sucks!

Thankfully I work from home and set up my own appointments at the gym. I only had 3 set up for today and 2 of them have rescheduled already. I have to get ahold of the other guy. Even if I can’t get ahold of him, hubby will be home by then to watch the kids. I can run out there for an hour appoinment. :) I’d prefer to stay home, but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do to get paid. bahahahaha

FREAKIN’ ICE

Posted by: queen of all  :  Category: general, school

K, I have noooo problem driving in the snow and some ice here and there. But yesterday our district made the horrible choice of going to school on time. It was bad, realy, really, really bad! Never driven on so bad. Now we went to college over in Spokane with a beater car and I never had a problem driving. That’s how bad it was yesterday.

We have fun sliding around on our road, we are used to that. But then I got onto the main road and it was a complete sheet of ice. It looked like snow was in there, but alas, it was compacted into ice. Some moron was stopped in the middle of the intersection. Brakes of course don’t want to work cause of the anti-locks, so can’t even pump them a little. Thankfully no one was in the other lane, so off I go to try to change lanes and go around if possible. Oh, guess I won’t. Guess the kids and I will go sideways down the road in the suburban. La-la-lala I didn’t even have time to panic. Makes me feel good that I didn’t, proves I’m a freakin’ awesome driver. ;)

Should have turned around then, but figured what the hell, I’m already half way to pick up the other girls. Main hiway was stopped up because of a wreck. Needless to say my friend and I kept the kids home for the day. I can’t believe we didn’t atleast go 2 hours late like everyone around us.

Today was no school because it is even colder. Doesn’t look good for tomorrow either. I’ve been so unproductive! Not because they are home, but because I’m just off my schedule. lol
