LMFAO Shots w/Lil Wayne

Posted on 01 November 2011 by queen of all

Well no wonder why I liked these boys from the first song. I love Lil Wayne!

These guys have so many songs hitting my playlist now. Great tunes for working out. I’m trying really hard not to just bombard videos here, but dang they are too funny not to share and they make you wanna move. This will be the last one for a few weeks I promise. I’ll go find some killer country songs to post and mix it up. lmfao

Red Solo Cup – Toby Keith

Posted on 28 October 2011 by queen of all

A couple of mornings ago a friend posted just the statement ‘Red Solo Cup’. I laughed, made fun of him and asked was it a little early to tap the keg? Low and behold, I was missing out on a great Toby Keith song :)

I promised I’d mix it up with some country between the LMFAO boys. I have range lol

This video is in honor of Friday! Drink responsibly at your Halloween parties this weekend.

LMFAO Sexy and I Know It

So this was the song playing that my daughter was quizzing me if I knew who they were. I talked about it a couple of days ago when I posted the first LMFAO vid.

I am totally in love with these crazy bastards. I mean, who else has me on youtube when hubby isn’t home? This is what he does not me. lol Enjoy the video, it’s freaking hilarious.

LMFAO Rock Anthem

LMFAO Rock Anthem

I have heard their songs but I am not that great at knowing the latest band names.  Daughter thought it was funny to be quizing me today while I was driving her and a friend back and forth between houses…twice. Yeah, my kids are stupid secure like that.

This wasn’t the song that was playing, I’m still looking for that one and will post it. But when she asked if I knew who it was, I said “one hit wonders”. I was mistaken cause they have two songs that I like, I just didn’t know it was the same guys. So I take back calling them one hit wonders. Please make more fun songs like you have been!

This new theme is a lot of fun to play with. Now instead of finding a new video and it posts once in the sidebar, I can keep a fun record of them.

I’ve always been a whiskey girl. Toby has a lot of other songs that I love.

Aces Up is a local band that’s awesome. My husband works with the father of two of the guys :) We went to their CD release party and play the CD all the time. I recommend checking them out.  You won’t be sorry. Aces Up Backyard Superstars

VH1

Posted on 24 September 2007 by queen of all

Is there anything better for the 30+ late nighter than VH1?  I’m watching the old 80′s videos right now and laughing my butt off as I sing at the top of my lungs.  Good thing the kids are sound sleepers and hubby is at work.  I LOVE the 80′s!  Bring them back.  I’ll do the punk side head haircut.  I’ll embarrass the heck out of my daughter as I go more punk than she can ever hope.  As I use my hot topic discount on myself and not her.  lmao

Pain in the Grass

Posted on 05 July 2007 by queen of all

See I told you I was behind in posts. I’ve got some other goodies to post about too. Personal bitches mostly, can’t believe I didn’t do it already. Show’s just how much it bothered me. Anyway, that’s not what this is about!

So KISW the only rock station in the world put out my weekly newsletter and there was an early invite to buy tickets for Pain in the Grass 2007. Hmm, never heard of it, but hey, Godsmack is headlining, it’s gotta be good. I run to the early buy website and holy crap, the tickets are only $25 a piece and there was a $6 surcharge for both tickets. That’s it! No ticketbastard charges for the facility, fee charges and then tax on top of all that. Nope, it was $56 for both tickets. That in itself freakin’ rocks no matter who was going to be in concert.

Rock girl gala

Posted on 10 April 2007 by queen of all

Well I am going to miss this years gala. I’m super, uper bummed about it. But alas, it can’t be helped. Hubby and I haven’t gotten away together in over 2 years now because of our schooling and we have to do it. Of course, once we plan our weekend, www.kisw.com plans the rock girl gala. FUCKERS!

Then, to make matters worse, they bring in Puddle of Mud as the headliner. Hmm, is it worth the argument? Hmm, is it worth me replanning and fighting? May be. That was one of the first cd’s the kids bought me for a gift and they aren’t very old. lmao They were really young when they told Daddy that I wanted that cd. lol They are such good kids!

new ozzfest rumor

Posted on 26 March 2007 by queen of all

Well here’s the latest scoop I heard today. I really need to go subscribe to the site. Or even visit the damn site. lmao

But the news just gets better and better. Despite our rain, you really should live in Seattle. We get great music stuff here. Lot’s of bands come around and play the little clubs. But I’m digressing.
