Big Brother 12

How the hell have I not been blogging about my beloved BB?!!! I’m catching up on tonight’s episode and hoping, hoping, hoping that the fucking idiot that is Rachel goes home. I’m a chemist. Really? Well stick your head back in a book cause you have not a speck of people skills or common sense. “I’m in love” Wow, like they just said, Fatal Attraction anyone? She’s the reason that CSI started in Vegas. lmao

Brendon is a moron, yes ma’am, gotta have love boy. Man, looks and brawn, some brains for conversation, but obviously only wants boobs in his life. Good for you, this show produced them for you.

Missing my Blog

I’m way overloaded. I’ve done it to myself and I’m trying to dig out, but it’s a pretty big pile. lol Some major things need to change up and I need to sit down and figure out my to do list. I know I’m making unrealistic lists. I always do that to myself. Then when I’m not seeing tons crossed off I tend to slow down and get upset with myself. Not productive at all.

Some more blogs and sites are going to be sold off. Dead weight of these sites not being worked on keeps me unproductive as well.

True Blood vs. Sookie Stackhouse Books

I try hard to have no hopes about books when they become movies or tv shows. But I just love the Sookie Stackhouse series and I wanted to hold out hope that True Blood would magically be different than every other try out there.

Alas, as far as following the books and even the fun theme of the books, it’s a total fail. BUT, if I hadn’t read the books then it is great. I force myself to ignore the fact that it’s so completely different than the books and just enjoy. I was angry after the first season because they changed so much and didn’t have characters look anything like their descriptions in the book. But season 2 is SO different that I’m having an easier time.

Mt. St. Helen’s 30 Year Anniversary

It’s hard to believe that I was only 7 when the mountain blew. That’s how it’s referred to around here, the day she blew. I know people freak out thinking about living by a volcano, but hey, we can out run that…I’ve seen you freaks try to out run a tornado. Yeah, doesn’t turn out so well. We have a lot more notice before a mountain blows.  This is going to be a long post, so pour yourself a cold one, fill that mug with a ton of hot coffee and fix a sandwich

Goodbye Wellbutrin

Well no one can say I didn’t give it a good shot. Frankly I’m surprised it was the one prescribed to me after I finally figured out what was causing my issues.

I had a tremor so bad I would still spill my water glass when holding with two hands. I felt really stupid. The tremor even went so much as a facial tick and if I didn’t pay attention I could feel my teeth chatter slightly. Not cool and it didn’t show up until around 8 weeks into the drug.

Rough Start to My Day

Well, it started with a client that was a no show, but I put that time to good use.  I was ticked, but I finished up the rest of the laundry and did the dishes.  Got a start to my emails.  All while still getting paid for that session since they didn’t give me 24 hour cancel notice.  I’m pretty lenient about that, but not contacting me at all means your charged for sure.  Especially when I get up early for it.

Wasting Away A Sunday

Yikes, we had big plans for getting stuff done around the house today. Hubby even got up early and made waffles. What a guy!

Then he found this stupid show on the History Channel, American Pickers. Gosh Darn it, we’ve already watched a few episodes. Another one started up and I told hubby we were screwed if this dang show was on all day. Checked the guide and it’s only on for another 3 hours. OH NO, it’s a damn marathon. I guess I’m the only one in the family that hasn’t seen it.

2 Nights No Ambien

Let me tell you, my sleep has been crap. I’ve been in that wake/sleep state for most of the night and a decent amount of tossing and turning. Plus stayed up until at least 11 both nights. Tonight looks to be no different, but darn it, I haven’t done much personal blogging lately and I just need to.

I’m thinking my body could be trying to adapt to no sleep aid and that funky sleep it’s put me in for the last couple of months. But we’ll see. I’m going to try not to take it for a while. Hubby is on vacation for spring break and I generally sleep better when he’s home.

Sleep Issues or Night Owl?

Well my Mom opened a can of worms. Although honestly, I guess I should talk to my family about any issues I’m having. So there, I’ll take some blame. Ok, I’ll take all of the blame. But, I don’t like to talk to others about issues I’m having, let alone my family that can hold it against me forever and ever. lol I’m turning a new leaf.

We’re Holding Up the Economy

Hey, no slacking here to do our part. That’s for sure. See unlike 3/4 or more of the people in our age bracket, we made our mistakes financially early on. We didn’t get a mortgage that we couldn’t afford. We didn’t get 10 credit cards and go on vacation once or twice a year. We didn’t buy a trailer and a boat and we don’t have 2 brand new cars. No, I don’t wear the latest fashions and our furniture has been hand-me-downs for ever.
