I am going nuts waiting for vacation. I’ve never been this excited. Hubby and I are finally going away together. Just the two of us. While we’ve done this before, we have never flown anywhere on vacation just the two of us. Yikes, that’s horrible. Of course I’ve only flown 3 times so far and two times were with my Mom and others. lol So it’s not like I’m a traveling fool.

If hubby didn’t have to go to the work he loved so much we could so move here! Let it be known, this is exactly what we want to retire to. I’ll post the pic when I’ve uploaded, the view is amazing from my Aunt’s balcony.
But that is not all. My Aunt’s hubby, can’t call him uncle personally as he’s only 10 years older and I was an adult when they got together. We’ve had a blast going to USC campus, hollywood and then beverly hills! I’m ready to hit hollywood again because I’m trashy and want my pic taken with Capt. Jack!
Tomorrow is the day finally. We’re on a plane to my Aunt’s house in Redondo Beach, CA. Totally excited to get our first true family vacation.
Laundry is almost done, dishes are caught up and ready to go after breakfast dishes are put in. It’s only 10:30 here but I think I’m off to bed so I can get up early in the morning and finish everything up. Our good friend is living with his mom right now since the divorce (still making house payments while she lives there, another post, lol) so he’s going to house sit next week and take care of the dogs. Hunting season opens in the morning so I’m also going to have the teenager come over during the day and weekend while he’s at work and hunting. I’m still stressing out about leaving my babies behind, but it has to be done. 
I’m going to miss them lots.
I’m working really hard at focusing on the positive. It’s been pure chaos the last week. It’s not easy, but I swear it’s the only thing keeping me sane right now. Kids are on spring break this week, so hopefully it will be a little easier to fit it all in. I’m taking Thursday off to take them to the zoo, so that will help.
We’re also taking off for the weekend in a couple of weeks. Were going to the ocean, but I think we may borrow my friends cabin instead. We are just getting caught up on bills and I really don’t want to go blow a few hundred dollars we could put into savings instead. Plus then we can bring all the dogs with no problems too.
