Alright folks, it’s busy here this week. Many recipe sites have been going crazy with the recipes. Instead of leaving you hangin’ for some weekend chocolate goodies to make, I’m including links to some great one’s I’ve found.
OOEY, GOOEY, Hello Dolly Squares are at your healthy year. Jessica believes in the same food idea I do. Every day and every meal doesn’t have to be 100% about your nutritional needs. Moderation is key. I’m going to be sneaking around her site some more.
There’s a gluten-free Peanut Butter & Jelly Brownies recipe at Franny Cakes. Brownies, peanut butter and jelly? Does that even leave room to not go click and make this recipe? For those of us not gluten-free…easy, just use regular flour. lol
The Cooks Pajamas has a Slow Cooker Mexican Chocolate and Zucchini Cake. WHAT?! For one, I love using my crockpot. It’s perfect any time of the year. For another, my favorite veggie is zucchini! I’m glad she wrote out how she made it and her doubts. I’ve been paranoid to waste my time baking in my slow cooker. For the same reason. I figured it would come out a gunky mess lol I’m looking forward to making this recipe.
The Pintertest Kitchen has an Easy Chocolate Kahlua Souffle recipe that you make in your blender. I’m going to be honest, I’ve never been too sure what a souffle is. But the pictures look like an amazing creamy, custard. Why did this recipe catch my attention? Gingerbread kahlua, of course! What a great reason to need to go buy that. I’m a sucker for any reason to use the cute ramekins too.
Shameless 65th addition is my own…Swirled Chocolate Chip Banana Bread 😉
Do you have a unique chocolate recipe?
