It’s Mid 48

camping loveSo just what in the hell am I talking about? He’s on a 48 hour shift and I’m still up. In fact I’m super-duper awake at 1:30am which is a really bad thing. Except the kids are at a friends house and he obviously isn’t going to be home at 8:30 to wake me up so is it really a bad thing?

I used to chat about the fire dept stuff here. Then I started my fire wife blog and it all went there. Flash forward to not being able to keep up with it all and here I am back posting my fire life where it belongs. On my personal blog.

Burlesque Show Me How

Burlesque is my total movie addiction for the last 9ish months. I don’t own it, I just keep adding it to my blockbuster queue and then today I found it at the library. I adore Christina Aguilera and this movie just keeps me dancing. I can’t remember the last soundtrack I bought but I have this one and I actually listen to the whole thing often lol

Devil’s Playground Movie Review

Ok, reading the back of the Devil’s Playground case left me with little hope for this movie. How cliche is it? Outbreak in London, yeah, yeah and one woman immune that they need to escort back to the lab. It sounds very familiar. I haven’t reviewed that movie yet but hey, don’t base your B movie from something that is a cult classic.

Hmm, or maybe do because there are people like me that will have to rent it just to see how different you try to make it? I’m full of answers aren’t I?

Vote now and do it quick

This is a quick plea to help a boy win the fishing trip of a lifetime.  His video has made it into the top 5 for the Into the Blue tv show’s contest.

I’m keeping this quick because there are only 4 days left to vote and I want to make sure that everyone possible gets this. Because I think it’s such a cool cause you are probably already sick of hearing about it.

See Buzz (also my son’s nickname) got sick and they found a tumor in his spine 2 years ago. He’s had many complications and problems since then. But right now he’s at the point he can do “normal” things we take for granted. Like fishing!
