So it’s over rated anyway right?  Who needs sleep?

I think that I am just about caught up on my sleep from the last 5 days.  I didn’t get much sleep the next night after relay either because our best friend was over.  His divorce will be final in June and of course he needs to talk.  So we did.  Hubby went to bed around 12:30, but our buddy and I were up until after 2 talking about life.  UGH, what was I thinking?

So last night I went to bed early, but still couldn’t get up for my morning appointment.  My allergies are seriously kicking my butt and my back just won’t feel better.  I’m a mess and I’m tired of it.

Tomorrow I have to get up, no canceling appointments.  So it will be early bed tonight.  Kids are tired too.  So put them to bed by 8:30 and watch tv in bed for an hour or so.

We got an email with the final numbers for our little town.  We raised $80,000 this year!  Last year we won the per capita award with only $63k.  Looks like we should win the award again with this huge amount raised.

It was a blast, although next year I have to get sleep the night before.  Even though I did lay down for a couple of hours I did not get any sleep.  Too wired and you can hear people quietly chatting and walking all night.  It’s just too exciting to sleep.

Next year we have a ton of ideas on what we are going to do.  The gym owner is actually thinking that he may have to hire someone for his charity events he puts on all year long.  I just may talk to him about it.  I’d love to work less hours away from the house and still keep my current clients.  I don’t want to work mornings anymore and I honestly love doing these events.  I would love it even more if I got to focus on it instead of trying to work it around making money for my bills.  lol

Well it’s the relay for life nite.  I’m not typing this online, I had to work offline tonight, or should I say morning.  lol  It’s 1:25 and I have a pack of 5 twelve-fourteen year old girls walking the relay for me.  They are determined not to sleep, UGH, just for a few hours?  PLEASE?!  I didn’t get any sleep last night because of having to take over-the-counter allergy meds.  They were non-drowsy and decided to kick in at 11:30.  Not good for sleeping.

K, I just saw two of the girls go by, but not the other 3.  Crap, now I have to get up and grab my phone from the charger to call and find out where they are.

We are having fun and the weather is incredible for it.  But I’d just really love a couple of hours sleep so I can make it until noon tomorrow.  lol

Do I have to keep working? Do I really? I hate when I get like this. I love my job, I really do. But it is draining. 24/7 draining. I am in a high maintenance industry. I understand that. There are weeks that I make multiple calls and innumerable texts to clients every day of the week to keep them on track or get them back on track depending on the weekend.

Don’t get me wrong, I do this for more than the money. I honestly love to help and I know that I am in the only thing keeping some of them working towards their goal of weight loss and being healthier. But the early hours are starting to get to me. That and the lack of knowing what my exact monies from month to month. If they go on vacation, then that is a week with no pay from them. Very difficult and I know I need to grab a couple more clients to help keep my sanity.

That and I need to get more of my sites rockin. I put up a new ebook called The Scrap Facts Guide. This will help you get started scrapbooking and get you creating albums in no time!

I have other ebooks to finish up and get loaded. I need more automation and more of this stuff loaded and not just sitting on my computer. Time to work my VA like she wants me to! lol

Last night my sister and I were sitting in the den and I said to her, “I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle to keep me alive. That would be no quality of life at all, If that ever happens, just pull the plug.”

So she got up, unplugged the computer, and threw out my wine.

OMG, I just about spit my wine out onto my computer. ROFLMAO

K, what does this post go in?  Old moments, bitchy day?  lol  Time is just flying, it’s already May 11th!  WTF?  That is the 5th month of the year and I have no idea where it went.

I’ve just figured out that I’m a little tired of being so stressed all the time.  I know it’s part of being self-employed, but not having a regular paycheck is really taking it’s toll on my nerves right now.  I just feel like I live for that next check and I do not like that.  I am going to work on that.  My websites are making more money each month and I have 2 new one’s that should put my monthly over the top enough to pick up another bill with them.  Course that means I need to not SPEND more online as well.  lol  That’s the hardest part.  Budgeting and sticking to it.

I’m trying to keep a focus and I am doing a good job of automating things.  I’m using my VA more, but still not enough.  I will work on that.

I just got my first contacts.  My eyes are still not that bad, but it’s very difficult to play soccer with even the little bit of bad eye sight I have.

So hubby was a sweetheart and contacted our insurance company to get an updated list of those locally that take it.  We’ve only had the insurance for a year now and it’s taken a lot of places, but I’d had major issues finding someone for eye care.

My eyes are pretty much the same as the original prescription 9 years ago.  That’s awesome I think!  But I needed contacts because it’s difficult to play soccer right.  Especially when it hits dusk and there are shadows.  lol  I figured it would take 10 days for them to come in and then another few days to get used to them.

Nope, I’m wearing them right now!  WOW, they feel so weird.   I am the person that has her husband put eye drops in.  lol  Sheer competitiveness and fear off looking like an idiot got me to put these contacts in and out quickly.  Crap, now I’m already starting to stress because it took me a few minutes to get them out the first time.  Tonight I will be alone and hubby isn’t even home to do it for me if needed.  lol  AHHHH, where’s my support?  K, deep breaths, I can do this in a few hours.  I’m a big girl, I can do this.  lol  Mommy help?!
