I got off work late last night, ugh, hate late appointments that don’t stop talking. So it was bedtime when I got home. Went to put son to bed and he comes off the wall with, “If I come out dressed funny in the morning to worry.” WTF? ROFLMAO He then proceeds to tell me that it’s spirit day. Cool. My kids both get into the whole dress-up spirit days at school. Love that. So here is the costume he made himself and came out in today…
You can tell he put work into the shirt. lol
I drove him to the bus stop because it’s raining pretty hard and I knew he didn’t want to wear a sweatshirt over the outfit. Of course no one in this stupid neighborhood is dressed up so he’s getting a little nervous. I held my tongue. I wanted to ask if he wanted to go home or have me drive him to school, but thought “NO, he can ask”. He took off the cape for the bus, but he was fine.
It will be good when he gets to school. Unless I get a call. You can’t tell, but he has a pair of whity-tighties on over his sisters tights. lol I know it’s spirit day, but I wasn’t sure if that was appropriate for school or not. Guess we’ll see. He said it would be fine and he hates to get in trouble, so I’m sure it will be.
