K, of course I got an sore throat immediately the next day.  Figured I was coming down with it and was ready to go get tested and just get it out of the way.  But we did move everything around in the house and it has been dusty.  Can’t paint the walls with everything on them.

So as of right now, it is just allergies and my throat is feeling better.  I have a client that had strep the beginning of the week though and two other clients that have sounded like the walking dead.  So I’m keeping an eye on everything and I’m sick of people being sick around me and not staying home.  I don’t want it, STAY AWAY!

Ok, I’m not too happy about how this quiz went. I am generation X. Generation X was defined up here in Seattle. My friends were wearing and going to Nirvana (not a fan) before they even broke into Seattle for God’s sake! But alas, I can’t fight why it chose baby boomer for me. I just fight it because baby boomer means my parents and my in-laws. lol

OH GREAT!  The germs have invaded my house.  I wold have assumed that it was just the fact that he stayed up beyond too late at his buddies house playing halo 3.  5:30am is way too late for 10 year olds!

But this morning we got an early knock on our bedroom door with him in tears needing meds because his throat hurt so bad.  Hubby called and got him in right away to the docs.  Strep it is.  UGH!  Thankfully hubby can stay home with him tomorrow while he’s still contagious.

Just in case someone out there had a doubt, yes there is still a slim 20% chance that I am an introvert.

It’s my anniversary and I’ll turn into the guy if I want to, the guy if I want to, I will forget if I want toooooooo.  OMG, why did I think he was working today?  I had it in my head that he was working.  We never do anything on our anniversary, but I atleast get him a card.

If your child is human or furry, I’ve got sucker written across my forehead.  I’m sitting here steaming because everyone around me seems to be ok with just dropping off either with no thought.  I’m just not going to go in to detail because I don’t want to.  It doesn’t matter in the whole scheme of things.  I just need to vent that I have sucker written across my head.

K, I’m working really hard at keeping with the positive.  But everyone in my life needs to back the fuck off.  Yes I know I am the one that listens to EVERYONE’s problems.  I understand I put myself in that position and I’m ok with it.  I don’t mind it.  But sometimes all the give I do needs to be replaced with taking.  It’s my turn for the drama and everyone needs to figure that out.  I can’t take anymore of yours!  It must be all about me right now!

I know it’s darker, but I really like it. I’m going to go through and adapt some of the things and make it my own. Now that I know how to fix things when I break them. Oh wait, that was the easy part, copy the page before you alter it. lol

I’m working really hard at focusing on the positive.  It’s been pure chaos the last week.  It’s not easy, but I swear it’s the only thing keeping me sane right now.  Kids are on spring break this week, so hopefully it will be a little easier to fit it all in.  I’m taking Thursday off to take them to the zoo, so that will help.

We’re also taking off for the weekend in a couple of weeks.  Were going to the ocean, but I think we may borrow my friends cabin instead.  We are just getting caught up on bills and I really don’t want to go blow a few hundred dollars we could put into savings instead.  Plus then we can bring all the dogs with no problems too.
