Detox with a Life Change

As some of you regulars should know, I am a personal fitness trainer by day. I put in many hours a week, EVERY day, yes 7 days a week, with my clients working on getting them to change their lifestyle. I only have the control of an hour to do this in.

When I found the link to Stonehawk I was beyond impressed. A rehab center that is geared around getting the toxins out of the body naturally and that wanted to use fitness and diet in that process? WOW, sign me up to teach classes.

Disclaimer Statement

This blog is entirely my opinions and nothing but my opinions. Occasionally, I do get paid for some of these opinions and I’d like to let you know that ahead of time. Not all of the links go to something I am paid for, as I am a visual person and love to send you picture links when I’m talking about stuff. LOL

However, payment does not influence my opinion of any linked item. :) I do try to stay away from products I don’t want to endorse as I don’t like to add any more negativity to my vents. But hey, I’m full of opinions. If you want me to post honestly about your product or service, then send it my way. I’m your girl.

Fireman Graduation

Well 10 weeks is done for hubby. The first 3 weeks went by so slowly. But the last 7 have gone by much quicker. Absence did make the heart grow fonder in my case. I love him dearly already, but man did I treasure the time we had together on the weekends. Which wasn’t that much since he spent a lot of it studying.

Zune revisited

K, I’m gonna revisit Zune . I have one client that her husband has the zune. So she took borrowed it, so we could visit the “community” on the damn thing! I thought if we went to see if each of us were online, then we could freely pass whatever songs between each other. Well not quite. You can pass it all. But one person has to decide what songs they want to “send”. Hard to do on treadmill. lmao]
