A friend on facebook and I talk about our fitness goals a lot. We are both using Advocare products, both our hubbies are first responders and we have some weight loss goals. Oh and we live just a state apart. Haven’t met but we’re close enough we could lol
Crazy idea of 1000 push ups in a month. Well, less than a month, but hey, it’s leap year! Extra day in February lol So, 1000 push ups in 29 days. It’s 35 push ups a day. I’ve been doing 30 push ups for extra credit time with my seniors, so I know I’ve got this.
At this time I’m being very liberal with my push ups. With my seniors we do modified push ups half way down a wall. That is 3 times a week. I will do push ups on my own the other 4 days. Starting with a minimum of 5 regular push ups and then switching to girl push ups. I will set a goal of 40 on the non-class days to make sure I hit 1000 before the last day.
My shoulders and triceps are going to look awesome!
I’ve joined monthly challenges before and keeping them simple works the best. One little goal to focus on besides the usual workout plan.
Ready to join in on the 1000 push up challenge for February?
We’ll be motivating each other in the Healthy Busy Momma Challenge group. I hope you will join in and post how many you are doing. I’m giving you plenty of warning. You know you want sexy shoulders for this summer too 😉
